About the role
We are seeking Android developers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
- Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
- Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
Required skills
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
What we offer
- Fully remote, asynchronous work with flexible hours (up to 40 hrs/week based on project availability).
- Compensation up to $34 USD per hour plus performance incentives (average 7.5% extra).
