Remote Logistics Analyst – Manage Hardware Supply Chain

About the role

As a Remote Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee the end‑to‑end hardware supply chain, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and data‑driven decision making. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep the organization’s hardware network reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira.
• Maintain inventory records and update SAP.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze inventory data in SAP and Jira to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create and track retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background handling hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
