Representante de Ventas – Cuentas Escolares

About the role

The Sales Representative will proactively contact key school personnel by phone to build commercial relationships, promote and sell Neff's full line of recognition products and apparel. The focus is on athletic directors, coaches, school principals, band and choir directors, student support groups, and other advisors seeking to recognize student achievement and participation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to active, inactive and prospect customers to sell products, share promotions and introduce new items.
• Apply sales strategies to strengthen existing accounts and acquire new ones.
• Manage an assigned account list, prepare quotes and process orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Handle inbound calls from previously contacted leads or marketing campaigns.
• Refer jacket, regalia and yearbook opportunities to the appropriate Jostens representative.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience working in a call‑center environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Good command of English as a second language.
• Clear, persuasive oral communication and solid written skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to scheduled work hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
