Sales Manager – Professional Hygiene

About the role

Essity is seeking a Sales Manager for its Professional Hygiene division to lead market growth in Chile. Reporting to the Commercial Director for South Latam, you will oversee a team of seven direct reports and drive the execution of sales strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and structure the sales organisation to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures and standards.
• Translate local business plans into actionable sales plans, campaigns and day‑to‑day activities.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenue and costs, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Allocate resources based on customer categorisation to improve overall performance.
• Negotiate with strategic existing and new customers.
• Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, pricing and distribution strategies.
• Ensure customer profitability and generate market intelligence for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of B2B sales management experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience building and leading multicultural teams.
• Strong P&L management capability.
• High analytical ability, holistic vision and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple variables and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
