About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join a fast‑growing travel‑tech startup that provides a global marketplace for ground transportation. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strategic partnerships and driving revenue across the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage high‑potential partners such as OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups and technology providers.
- Lead the full commercial cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
- Present product value propositions, conduct demos and align solutions with partner needs.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, respond quickly to inquiries and remove obstacles to keep deals moving.
- Represent the company at major global industry events to expand the network and secure new partnerships.
- Develop and execute partner‑focused marketing initiatives to boost adoption and revenue.
- Track performance using data dashboards, generate regular reports and adjust strategies based on insights.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
- Proven record of closing strategic agreements with travel‑industry partners.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German) are a plus.
- Self‑starter able to work independently on a full‑time contractor basis.
- Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings.
