Security Solutions Engineer – Red Team & Continuous Offensive Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Security Solutions Engineer who will bridge offensive cybersecurity expertise with enterprise sales. Working remotely, you will partner with business development teams to design technical strategies that showcase real‑world security risks and the value of continuous offensive testing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to evaluate customer environments, security maturity, and attack surfaces.
• Develop customized attack strategies and proposals that illustrate how continuous offensive testing mitigates business risks.
• Translate complex cyber‑attack scenarios into business‑focused risk assessments for executive and board audiences.
• Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and solution workshops tailored to customer needs.
• Own technical responses for RFPs, security questionnaires, procurement reviews, and vendor assessments.
• Support account teams with renewals, quarterly business reviews, and expansion opportunities.
• Create technical sales collateral, industry‑specific content, and thought‑leadership materials.
• Build and improve AI‑powered workflows and tools to enhance proposal quality and sales effectiveness.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in offensive security, including red‑team operations, adversary simulation, penetration testing, and continuous offensive testing.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical professionals and executive decision‑makers.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
