Senior Account Manager – Global

About the role

The Senior Account Manager – Global will lead post‑sale relationship management for high‑value restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform. You will strengthen partnerships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities that benefit both the partner and Uber Eats.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post‑deal portfolio of high‑potential restaurant partners worldwide.
• Build and nurture strong relationships to achieve revenue growth, upsell new features, and maintain high retention rates.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs to internal teams and advocating on their behalf.
• Design and lead joint growth initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally with Uber’s product, operations, and analytics teams.
• Set, track, and report on performance metrics; conduct regular business reviews with partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar account‑management or customer‑facing role.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and business judgment.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and a track record of delivering joint business plans.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
