Senior Agentic Product Designer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and product managers on AI‑native SaaS and complex platform experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to end‑to‑end product design initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in agile/scrum environments.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, and hand‑off workflows.
• Apply AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate design processes.
• Ensure designs meet interaction, information architecture, visual, and accessibility standards.
• Take extreme ownership of deliverables and continuously improve design quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product design or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑native, SaaS, workflow automation, or complex platform projects.
• Hands‑on experience designing for AI‑powered products, copilots, or conversational interfaces.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, component libraries, variables, prototyping, developer hand‑off).
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility principles.
• Proven ability to work in agile/scrum teams and collaborate with engineering.
