Senior B2B Growth Marketer – Southern Cone

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation across the Southern Cone. As the first marketing hire in the region, you will shape how enterprise customers discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs’ AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated B2B campaigns end‑to‑end for priority industries, from strategy to measurement.
• Own field marketing: plan self‑hosted events, represent ElevenLabs at conferences, and create high‑touch experiential activations.
• Localize global ABM, content, webinars, partner marketing, product launches and outbound programs.
• Adapt global messaging for the Southern Cone market and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Collaborate closely with local sales and global product, growth, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, using data to run experiments and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience at a high‑growth technology company building measurable B2B demand generation programs.
• Proven ownership of growth projects from start to finish with accountability for ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone enterprise market, media landscape and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
• Ability to work with minimal process, set priorities, spot opportunities and move quickly.
• Relentless commitment to excellence and high quality output.
• Strong curiosity about AI and exceptional judgment on standout marketing.

Required skills

• Experience with ABM, content marketing, webinars, partner/customer marketing, and outbound campaigns.
• Data‑driven measurement and experimentation skills.
