Senior Coordinator – Professional Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator to lead professional development initiatives for our early‑tenure consultants. You will work closely with consultants, partners, and internal teams to ensure talent is placed in the right projects, receives constructive feedback, and progresses in their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the professional development and staffing process for early‑tenure consultants.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of core industries, sectors, functional practices, key clients, and staffing pools.
• Monitor consultant career progression, provide guidance on feedback, and support performance review cycles.
• Facilitate semi‑annual performance reviews in collaboration with local committees, Committee Chairs, and Development Group Leaders.
• Build trust‑based relationships with consultants to understand their aspirations, strengths, and development needs.
