Senior Full Stack Engineer – ERP Integrations

About the role

Xe is rebuilding the platform layer behind cross‑border payments for corporate and consumer clients. We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to own ERP integration APIs and deliver customer‑facing features that move money in production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP integration APIs and plugins for Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Xero.
• Lead delivery of customer‑facing features such as ERP onboarding, KYB verification, multi‑currency accounts, and payment initiation.
• Own production health for the domain, including reliability, observability, on‑call duties, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, design, and compliance teams from problem framing through launch.
• Conduct design reviews, set technical direction, and mentor mid‑level engineers.
• Use agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) daily and modernise legacy services.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.js, React, or equivalent.
• Strong backend proficiency in C#/.NET (other OOP languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go are welcome).
• Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).
