Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Willow is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can move fluidly between brand, print, and digital work. You will help shape the visual identity of a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight‑loss care, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Create production‑ready assets for print and digital, including packaging, brochures, welcome kits, POP/retail materials, and kiosk collateral.
• Design marketing visuals, banners, and campaign assets that translate brand strategy into compelling digital narratives.
• Support the design of landing pages and other web executions in partnership with the web team, maintaining brand consistency.
• Prototype packaging concepts and product directions using AI‑powered tools and visualization techniques.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, design leads, and product teams while managing your own workflow independently.

Required profile

• 7+ years of graphic design experience across both print and digital mediums.
• Proven ownership of brand asset development and a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, high‑quality work.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and commercially minded with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of digital design principles, including responsive layouts and visual hierarchy.
