Senior HR Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The Senior HR Specialist – Learning & Development will strengthen organizational development across Latin America and North America. You will enhance culture, leadership capabilities, employee experience, and learning solutions that align with strategic business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, support and implement L&D programs such as mentorship, DEI, leadership readiness, employee experience surveys and culture initiatives.
• Conduct training needs assessments through Talent Management Calibration and identify development needs.
• Develop and curate e‑learning platform content and manage on‑demand projects like team building, outplacement, coaching and assessments.
• Execute talent management and succession planning processes.
• Analyze employee experience survey results and propose actionable improvement plans.
• Improve onboarding processes and learning paths.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in organizational development for multinational companies.
• Proven experience designing and curating learning materials.
• Regional experience across LATAM.
• Strong communication skills in at least two of Spanish, English, Portuguese.
• Open to candidates located in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Ecuador (no relocation required).
