Senior Inventory Planning Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Inventory Planning Analyst to drive inventory excellence across its global MedTech supply chain. The role focuses on optimizing inventory levels, reducing slow‑moving and obsolete stock, and supporting integrated business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global and regional inventory initiatives such as Inventory Entitlement, Multi‑Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO), replenishment policies, and SLOB reduction.
• Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in current inventory processes and propose innovative solutions for efficiency and accuracy.
• Apply advanced segmentation strategies, including lead‑time variation and safety‑stock optimization, to improve supply‑chain performance.
• Provide inventory inputs to strengthen Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and ensure alignment with global planning strategies.
• Drive improvements in master data quality, KPIs, and reporting standards for inventory management.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to adopt best practices worldwide.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in inventory management or supply‑chain planning, preferably at a senior level.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
