Senior Middleware Administrator

About the role

The Senior Middleware Administrator will own the operation and maintenance of key third‑party middleware components that support Mortgage Cadence’s product portfolio. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security of these services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor middleware solutions such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, and Azure Service Bus.
• Perform troubleshooting, parse log files, and resolve incidents quickly.
• Apply patches and updates to third‑party products in a timely manner.
• Execute a subset of server administration tasks on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve middleware architecture and processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing third‑party middleware products.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
