Senior Partner Development Manager – SAP (AWS)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to lead and expand its SAP partner ecosystem across Brazil and the broader South Latin America region. You will drive joint go‑to‑market strategies, accelerate adoption of AWS as the preferred cloud for SAP workloads, and act as the primary AWS liaison at SAP partner events.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall partner relationship and success for assigned SAP partners, serving as the single point of contact.
• Develop and execute joint Partner Business Plans aligned with AWS SAP GTM priorities (RISE with SAP, SAP Business Suite SaaS, BTP, BDC, GenAI).
• Manage Strategic Collaboration Agreements and re:Scale agreements, including governance, KPI tracking, QBRs, and escalations.
• Drive partner‑originated pipeline creation and advance opportunities to the Qualify stage with field sales teams.
• Optimize AWS partner funding programs to maximize investment, deal velocity, and enable differentiated SAP practices on AWS.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with partner leadership and SAP Brazil field teams.

Required profile

• Proven business background with ability to engage CXO‑level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and experience working with SAP practice leads, solution architects, and enterprise customers.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of building joint value propositions and delivering against defined KPIs.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across extended AWS teams and partner organizations.
