Senior Project Manager

About the role

Surecomp® is seeking a senior‑level Project Manager to lead complex, product‑based software implementation projects from inception through post‑implementation support. The role is hands‑on, requiring ownership of all project phases and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, from initiation to go‑live and support.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables in partnership with developers, QA, product, support and business analysts.
• Translate business and technical requirements into structured project plans and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, milestone reviews and regular status meetings.
• Track project KPIs, budget adherence, delivery quality and report updates to internal leadership and client contacts.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, delivery standards and relevant industry requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in the trade finance or fintech sector.
• Strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with ability to work across R&D, product, QA and client teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and drive alignment across cross‑functional groups.
