Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for our global clients. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of products and transformations while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to guarantee project consistency.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive background in the IT industry with strong project‑management knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
