Senior Project Manager – Web & Digital (Remote, Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead web and digital programs for a global SaaS leader. The role is fully remote and based in Chile, working with cross‑functional teams across marketing, product, sales, design and engineering to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the web program roadmap and prioritize releases.
• Plan, coordinate and launch website updates from concept to production.
• Drive strategic go‑to‑market initiatives that span multiple departments.
• Collaborate with design, development, content, QA, marketing and product teams.
• Build and refine scalable project‑management frameworks and processes.
• Identify risks, manage priorities and keep projects on schedule.
• Present progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve team planning and delivery practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Strong background in web, digital, marketing or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized with strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS.
• Experience with CMS platforms and WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency with Notion, Slack and Google Workspace.
