Senior Project Manager – Web & Digital (Remote, Chile)

About the role

We are seeking a senior project manager to lead strategic web and go‑to‑market programs for a global SaaS leader. The role is fully remote and based in Chile, working with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the web program roadmap.
• Lead website releases from planning through launch.
• Drive strategic cross‑functional GTM initiatives.
• Partner with Design, Development, Content, QA, Marketing and Product teams.
• Build scalable project‑management frameworks and processes.
• Identify risks, manage priorities and keep projects on track.
• Present progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve how teams plan and deliver work.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Strong background in web, digital, marketing or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, SEO and web analytics.
• WordPress experience (highly desirable).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspace.
