Senior Sales Analyst - Franchise Account

About the role

The Senior Sales Analyst – Franchise Account will act as the primary commercial partner for franchisees, using data analysis to drive business performance, optimise product assortment and support seasonal buying processes. This role ensures the right product allocation across stores, maximises commercial opportunities and enhances the consumer experience throughout the franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Drive comparable productivity (net sales per sqm) to increase franchise profitability and support trade‑term reductions.
• Serve as the single point of contact for franchise partners, ensuring efficient commercial and operational interactions.
• Support partners in achieving sales targets by leveraging retail tools, improving execution and enhancing store KPIs.
• Assess partner organisational structures and recommend staffing improvements aligned with global policies.
• Define objectives, strategies and tactics for franchise partners, ensuring proper resource allocation.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational standards, visual merchandising and staff training.
• Lead training initiatives on productivity, operating rhythm and Customer Experience Index methodologies.
• Manage end‑to‑end purchase order processes, merchandise reception at the distribution centre and coordination with logistics providers.
• Oversee commercial and e‑commerce returns, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in sales analysis, retail or franchise environments.
• Proven ability to partner with franchisees and drive commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of assortment optimisation, stock flow and sell‑out trends.
• Experience conducting store audits, training staff and implementing best practices.
• Capability to manage purchase order cycles and coordinate logistics operations.
