Senior Sales Director – Data & AI Solutions (Chile)

About the role

Interfell seeks a Senior Sales Director to drive commercial expansion and market positioning across Chile and the Southern Cone. You will lead the full sales cycle for data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions, turning complex information into strategic insights that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales processes for the Southern Cone region.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Strategically position Interfell’s data and AI portfolio within the regional market.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic clients.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and commercial engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, and commercial management.
• Proven track record selling technology solutions such as data analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation services.
• Strong knowledge of the full B2B sales cycle and consultative methodologies.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and building long‑term client relationships.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for daily communication.
