Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer will lead regional sales‑engineering activities for Chile and other LATAM markets, partnering with Direct Sales and Alliance teams to deliver expert guidance on tax information reporting and digital identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales‑engineering support across Chile and LATAM, addressing client needs and driving business growth.
• Deliver domain expertise in Tax Information Reporting, Trust Services, and biometric authentication (facial and fingerprint recognition).
• Challenge ineffective sales processes, promote best practices, and maintain deep knowledge of product functionality and architecture.
• Lead client discovery, solution presentations, and customized SaaS demonstrations.
• Design and conduct training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for RFP/RFI responses and ensure smooth hand‑off to onboarding teams.
• Continuously improve demo capabilities and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and ethical conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 + years of sales‑related experience with strong customer‑facing exposure.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience in digital identity, cybersecurity, fintech, or fraud‑prevention environments is highly preferred.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage day‑to‑day details and multiple priorities.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative attitude in fast‑paced settings.
