Senior Software Engineer (MCP Specialist) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Model Context Protocol (MCP) to join client teams on remote, project‑based assignments across Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers to build AI‑driven applications and agents for leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered applications using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Claude connectors.
• Implement and harden MCP servers, ensuring schema compliance and robust security.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and AWS ECS infrastructure for scalable AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on API design, service‑to‑service integrations, and LLM‑based document generation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building AI‑driven applications or agents.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week in a remote, Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
