SEO Associate Manager

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an SEO Associate Manager to lead the day‑to‑day SEO strategy for a portfolio of healthcare clients. You will own the execution of SEO and AI‑driven search initiatives while collaborating with senior managers on larger accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end SEO and AI‑search (AIO) strategies for assigned healthcare clients.
• Create and present strategic roadmaps that align SEO best practices with client business goals.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, mapping and content strategy.
• Perform hands‑on optimization in WordPress, including on‑page elements and technical fixes.
• Produce monthly performance reports and act as the SEO subject‑matter expert within the client pod.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to translate SEO plans into measurable results.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Self‑directed, growth‑oriented mindset with a track record as a Senior SEO Specialist.
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive strategic conversations.
