SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Operations Specialist to execute SEO deliverables for multiple client websites. Working closely with the SEO Lead, you will ensure on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing processes and perform pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
• Drive project execution, reporting and timely delivery of all SEO campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Detail‑oriented operator who follows processes and ensures thorough review.
• Technically capable problem‑solver comfortable with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, backlink management and SEO platforms.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and collaborates effectively.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Hands‑on contributor who enjoys execution and operational excellence.
