Service Delivery Engineer (Chile)

About the role

CATL Chile is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer to support commercial‑vehicle battery solutions across the country. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, OEMs, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operation, fault resolution, and value‑added services for our battery products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships for commercial‑vehicle fleets, collect files, and handle production or assembly issues.
• Perform on‑site fault troubleshooting, coordinate with OEMs to determine responsibility, and communicate technical solutions.
• Monitor spare‑parts allocation, manage delivery progress, and coordinate tools and equipment for service stations.
• Support cross‑departmental activities such as BMS information alignment, QA fault investigations, and commissioning processes.
• Conduct OEM, end‑customer, and internal training sessions on service procedures and task allocation.
• Issue work orders, appraisal forms, and alerts; audit data and review battery replacement communications.
• Promote value‑added services including warranty extensions, CTP repairs, recycling, and training.
• Coordinate dealer‑station setup, supervise construction, and guide post‑acceptance operations.

Required profile

• Experience in field service or technical support for commercial‑vehicle battery systems.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to liaise with OEMs and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage spare‑parts logistics and warranty processes.
• Capacity to deliver technical training and documentation.
