About the role

The Customer Service & Order Specialist will handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage the full sales cycle for a hospitality‑focused company in Las Palomas, Licey – Santiago. The role ensures timely, personalized service and supports the company’s commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations via email, phone, WhatsApp or web platforms and follow up until client confirmation.
• Maintain detailed event calendars, tracking time, contact type, and dates to guarantee flawless execution.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys through WhatsApp, compile results, and present reports to the Sales Supervisor.
• Track sales performance in Excel and generate weekly sales reports.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: client contact, quotation, pre‑invoice, packaging coordination, delivery, shipping, and payment collection.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Administration (Event focus).
• Minimum 2 years experience in internal sales and customer service.
• Intermediate reading ability in English (software is in English).
• Strong knowledge of sales, digital marketing, and tele‑sales.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of RD$25,000.
• Transportation/fuel allowance of RD$3,000 per month.
