About the role

This position is responsible for providing direct customer service and managing order processes for Las Palomas in the Licey‑Santiago area. The role combines consultative sales, quotation preparation, and coordination of commercial activities to ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations via email, phone, WhatsApp, or web platforms.
• Follow up with clients until order confirmation, ensuring a fast and personalized experience.
• Maintain a detailed event calendar, tracking time, contact type, and dates for precise planning.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys through WhatsApp and report results to the Sales Supervisor.
• Track sales in Excel and produce weekly sales reports.
• Manage the full sales cycle: client contact, quotation, pre‑invoice, packaging coordination, delivery, shipping, and payment collection.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management (Events focus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal sales or customer service, preferably in real estate, banking, or similar sectors.
• Intermediate reading ability in English, as the enterprise software is in English.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of RD$25,000.
• Monthly transportation or fuel allowance of RD$3,000.
• Legal benefits as per Dominican labor law.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM‑5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM‑1:00 PM.
