Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability, scalability, and safety of our production environments. You will bridge software development and operations through automation, observability, and incident response, helping to reduce downtime and enable fast, safe releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and operational workflows.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to improve observability and reliability.
• Define, track, and report Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Respond to production incidents, lead rapid service restoration, and conduct blameless post‑mortems.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve performance, scalability, and capacity planning.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil and operational risk.
• Harden production environments to improve resilience and support safe change practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident‑response leadership skills in production environments.
• Solid project coordination abilities to work with software development teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and strong communication skills.
