SOC Tier 3 Analyst

About the role

DXC is looking for a SOC Tier 3 Analyst to provide advanced cyber‑security analysis and incident response for enterprise clients. You will work with a modern security ecosystem that includes AI‑driven SIEM, OT monitoring, and threat‑intelligence platforms to detect and remediate sophisticated threats.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze escalated security events from Tier 1 & 2 analysts, distinguish true incidents, and forward confirmed cases to the Incident Response Lead.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis of logs, event data, and alerts from diverse network devices and applications.
• Proactively hunt for undetected threats and ingest Indicators of Compromise into security tools.
• Quality‑proof technical advisories and assessments before release.
• Provide expert technical support to enterprise technicians and resolve incidents independently.
• Report trends, propose process improvements, and develop SOPs and runbooks for SOC analysts.
• Coordinate escalations with Service Delivery Lead and collaborate with internal technology teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of operational experience as a cyber‑security analyst or engineer in a critical environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for communication with global stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of current cyber‑threats, attacks, and counter‑measures.
