Social Media Engagement Specialist

About the role

Spectra Management is looking for a high‑performance Social Media Engagement Specialist to support a fast‑growing, mission‑driven health organization. The role combines community management, lead qualification, and structured pipeline routing across organic and paid social channels. You will convert high‑volume social interactions into qualified leads while maintaining compliance and brand safety.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to comments and direct messages using a structured public reply + DM follow‑up workflow, qualifying leads and capturing contact details.
• Submit and tag leads in HubSpot, route qualified leads to Slack channels for sales follow‑up, and meet daily lead targets (10‑20 leads/day).
• Run multi‑day DM follow‑up sequences, track engagement status, and prioritize follow‑ups based on signals.
• Identify and remove spam or inappropriate content, escalating sensitive cases while preserving authentic discussion.
• Use internal command system to classify and route conversations to the appropriate internal teams (sales, support, partnerships).

Required profile

• Comfortable operating in high‑volume, fast‑response environments.
• Strong written communication with a natural, human tone.
• Ability to make quick judgment calls under pressure.
• High attention to detail in tagging, routing, and CRM entry.
• Independent, remote‑ready work discipline with tolerance for repetitive, metric‑driven workflows.
