Software Engineer – Full-Stack & Cloud (Go, React)

About the role

Equifax is looking for a creative, high‑energy software engineer to join a globally distributed team. You will work on high‑scale applications, using modern cloud‑native practices and a variety of front‑ and back‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve high‑scale applications across the full stack.
• Apply serverless computing, micro‑services, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code patterns.
• Integrate new services with internal systems, Data Fabric and CSA Toolset.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technology road‑maps and sprint ceremonies.
• Triage, debug and resolve product or system issues.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Research and prototype new software solutions to extend Equifax platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years building production‑grade applications in the Go ecosystem.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and writing SQL.
• Hands‑on work with React, Angular, JSON and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub, automated testing and Docker.
• Experience on Google Cloud Platform or an equivalent cloud environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable track record.
