Software Engineer – Rust & WebAssembly (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with deep expertise in Rust and WebAssembly to build high‑performance web applications. You will compile Rust code to run in modern browsers, delivering native‑level speed while maintaining the flexibility of web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑performance web modules using Rust and WebAssembly.
• Implement efficient communication between Rust and JavaScript with wasm‑bindgen.
• Optimize browser‑based applications for speed and minimal memory usage.
• Integrate WebAssembly modules into existing web architectures and frontend workflows.
• Debug and profile WASM binaries to ensure reliability across browsers.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to define API boundaries and performance requirements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Rust and systems programming.
• Proven expertise in compiling Rust to WebAssembly for high‑performance web applications.
• Proficiency with wasm‑bindgen and integrating Rust into web environments.
• Strong understanding of bridging native performance with browser execution.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
