Solution Architect – Medical Affairs & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of technology solutions for medical affairs and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create scalable, compliant, and innovative architectures that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural review and guidance for medical affairs solutions, focusing on low‑code and no‑code platforms.
• Advise on multi‑channel orchestration strategies across CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web, and webinar platforms.
• Review and recommend best practices for consent management related to medical data and communications.
• Evaluate and guide the architecture of data platforms, reporting tools, and natural language processing services.
• Design integration approaches for Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct external SaaS architecture reviews to ensure compliance, scalability, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or architect position, with experience leading a team of 5+ members.
• Participation in at least two full‑cycle projects.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Veeva Vault CRM.
• Knowledge of low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Familiarity with multi‑channel orchestration, consent management, data platforms, reporting tools, and NLP services.
• API management and external SaaS architecture review capabilities.
