Solutions Architect – AWS Cloud Services

About the role

As a Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services, you will work directly with customers and partners to design, build, and migrate workloads onto the AWS cloud. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating technical possibilities into measurable business outcomes for organizations of all sizes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to accelerate their cloud projects and recommend best‑practice architectures aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Own the technical relationship with customers, providing guidance that reflects their best interests.
• Capture and share the voice of the customer to influence AWS product road‑maps.
• Create technical content such as white papers, code samples, and blog posts.
• Evangelize AWS technologies through workshops, user groups, meet‑ups, public speaking, and online videos.
• Mentor and coach other Solutions Architects, contributing to team growth.
