Solutions Architect – Social Media & Unity Platforms

Plan A Technologies is seeking a proactive Solutions Architect to lead the technical vision for social media and Unity‑based projects. The role spans the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and support, offering a strong opportunity for career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive architectural strategy in partnership with senior engineers and software architects.
• Design and implement enterprise Single Sign‑On (SSO) solutions using providers such as Okta or Azure Active Directory.
• Architect social media platforms that unify identity, progress, and social data across mobile, web, and real‑time 3D environments.
• Establish secure, high‑performance data exchanges using MuleSoft or custom API gateways.
• Provide strategic guidance on tools, frameworks, and best practices, and produce rapid prototypes.
• Initiate projects, remove blockers, and ensure delivery without waiting for direction.
• Build and maintain scalable, fault‑tolerant, highly available data services.
• Mentor junior engineers on design, coding, testability, and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business functionality and SLA commitments.
• Conduct technical sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in an enterprise setting.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in agile environments.
