About the role

The Solutions Consultant Manager leads a district‑wide team of Solutions Consultants who partner with large enterprises to protect their digital environments. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will combine technical expertise with sales leadership to guide customers in detecting and preventing advanced cyber‑threats while maximizing the value of their Palo Alto Networks investment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of Solutions Consultants to deliver high‑impact security demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
  • Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to shape territory strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Engage with customers to understand their architecture, recommend appropriate Palo Alto Networks solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Stay current on emerging cyber‑threats and product innovations to provide thought‑leadership.
  • Represent the company at virtual and in‑person events, webinars, and customer workshops.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading technical sales or solutions consulting teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity challenges and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
