Store Development Specialist

About the role

PUMA is looking for a Store Development Specialist to ensure retail and wholesale spaces meet brand standards and operational needs. You will coordinate layout verification, aesthetic renovations, and project delivery across stores, showrooms, and offices.

Key responsibilities

• Verify store and corner layouts, considering space, operation, and furniture variables to align with brand standards.
• Coordinate and monitor aesthetic renovation projects for retail and wholesale locations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers for store, showroom, and office projects, ensuring service availability.
• Control regional project budgets for stores, showrooms, and offices, ensuring execution within defined financial limits.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in store projects, construction, furniture manufacturing, contractor management, and budget control.
• Knowledge of specialty trades such as electricity, HVAC, and lighting.
• Experience creating work plans and Gantt charts.
• Advanced English proficiency.
