About the role

Ferrovial is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily construction activities on a major transportation project. The role ensures that work is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly tasks across multiple work fronts.
• Supervise on‑site execution, guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate crews, materials, equipment and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Monitor progress, performance metrics and cost consumption, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Maintain communication with the client (Metro) and internal departments, delivering clear reports on progress, quality, safety and costs.
• Ensure adherence to concrete, steel and formwork quality standards and to occupational health and safety regulations.
• Control subcontractor activities and prevent site interferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites, preferably in large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to plan work, coordinate teams and manage resources efficiently.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in civil engineering.
• Good analytical skills to track progress, productivity and cost performance.
