Supervisor/a de Restaurante

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy dining environment. The role involves ensuring service quality, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating staff to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Observe, evaluate and coach restaurant staff and work procedures.
• Delegate tasks to service personnel and verify correct daily execution.
• Supervise overall restaurant and bar cleanliness and order.
• Organise and direct operational processes, including wine service.
• Oversee table setting and restaurant layout preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience supervising staff in restaurants or similar food‑service establishments.
• Strong conflict‑resolution, leadership and communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work rotating schedules.
