Supply Planner

About the role

As a Supply Planner you will ensure product availability by designing weekly and monthly purchase plans, managing replenishment parameters and collaborating with sales, marketing and international hubs to optimise service levels and support local S&OP processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain weekly/monthly purchase plans and set replenishment parameters.
• Monitor service levels, track orders and conduct root‑cause analysis of stockouts.
• Coordinate local co‑packing activities and actively participate in local S&OP meetings.
• Align supply plans with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and international manufacturing sites.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for global and local collaboration.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• ERP systems (SAP/APO).
• Power BI.
• Advanced Excel.
