Talent Acquisition Associate II

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate II you will own the full recruiting cycle for SumUp's fast‑growing Field Sales team in Chile. You will work closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a steady flow of qualified candidates for a high‑volume sales hiring plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for Field Sales Executive roles, targeting 15‑20 hires per month.
• Recruit Sales Team Leaders, Activation Executives and Inbound Sales Executives alongside a fellow associate.
• Maintain hiring SLAs with an average time‑to‑fill of around 30 days.
• Build and sustain a strong, qualified candidate pipeline for every open role.
• Ensure candidate and hiring data are accurate and up‑to‑date in Greenhouse and Workday.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and conduct interviewer training, including role‑play sessions for team leaders and sales managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting in high‑volume environments, preferably within sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use hiring data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
