About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on pipeline status and market insights.
• Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging sourcing channels.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in technology, professional services, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as software development, engineering, and data science.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly environment.
