Talent Sourcer – Remote Contract (Offshore)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Talent Sourcer to build qualified pipelines for technical and product positions such as AI/ML engineers, DevOps, QA, and product owners. This is a pure sourcing contract role – you will find, engage and hand‑off recruiter‑ready candidates, without conducting interviews or negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for engineering, AI research, QA, DevOps and product roles.
• Run searches and create passive candidate pipelines using Juicebox as the primary tool.
• Develop and refine Boolean and X‑Ray search strings across LinkedIn, GitHub and other platforms.
• Conduct cold outreach, manage response sequences and move candidates into the pipeline.
• Maintain candidate data hygiene in Ashby, including accurate tagging, stage movement and sourcing attribution.
• Deliver a weekly volume of qualified, pipeline‑ready candidates per role and report basic sourcing metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on sourcing experience, preferably for technical or product positions.
• Extensive daily use of Ashby ATS – fluent in its search, filter, tagging and pipeline management features.
• Proven experience building independent searches in Juicebox.
• Strong ability to craft Boolean and X‑Ray queries for LinkedIn, GitHub and similar platforms.
