Team Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to manage local operations and participant engagement for a data‑collection and usability‑testing project involving medical consumer devices such as blood‑pressure monitors, glucose meters, and weight scales. The role will ensure smooth onboarding, scheduling, and logistical support for participants while maintaining high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants throughout the study lifecycle.
• Support onboarding by communicating guidelines and providing assistance to new participants.
• Schedule testing sessions and monitor timely participation.
• Handle device logistics, including procurement and distribution when required.
• Ensure accurate completion of metadata, documentation, and project‑specific forms.
• Monitor session execution and resolve any operational issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the local language is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.
