About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive our Direct Sales Force in the fintech segment. The role focuses on leading sales representatives across several northern regions of Chile, ensuring both hunting new business and farming existing accounts meet aggressive growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop sales representative teams in Arica, Parinacota, Tarapacá and Atacama, achieving hunting and farming objectives.
- Plan and execute regular trips to the regions to meet teams, clients and strategic partners, strengthening relationships.
- Monitor monthly acquisition, billing and profitability metrics, proposing corrective actions to meet targets.
- Identify and acquire new medium‑ and large‑size clients for Mercado Pago, staying current on product offerings to advise and retain customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience leading sales teams.
- Proven ability to analyse data and present results effectively.
