Technical Sourcer – Remote

About the role

Toptal is looking for a dedicated Technical Sourcer to join its fully remote sourcing team. You will work closely with the Matching and Screening teams to build a high‑quality pipeline of software development experts worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve a rigorous sourcing strategy to attract top technical talent.
• Identify, reach out to, and engage qualified developers to grow Toptal’s technical community.
• Maintain a consistent, global candidate pipeline aligned with dynamic sourcing priorities.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to develop process playbooks, meet KPIs, and scale sourcing operations.
• Leverage cutting‑edge, internally‑developed tools to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a proven success record.
• Deep understanding of global talent pools and sourcing strategies.
• Strong ability to assess and differentiate highly skilled developers from average candidates.
• Proactive networking skills, including attending meetups and presenting at developer events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search, outreach, and pipeline management.
