Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Santiago office. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, end‑users and internal teams, delivering prompt technical assistance and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log support requests via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and provide step‑by‑step resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers while keeping users informed.
• Document solutions and maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
