Technology Support Senior Analyst

About the role

The Technology Support Senior Analyst provides Level 2 client‑facing technology support to Bank of America employees in the Chile office, covering front‑office, trading, back‑office and premium user environments. The role ensures a secure, reliable and seamless technology experience while minimizing business disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft 365 applications, meeting‑room technology, connectivity and proprietary business applications.
• Support Windows 11 deployments and hardware provisioning across the office.
• Own incidents and service requests from diagnosis through resolution within the IT service management framework, meeting defined service‑level expectations.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure, engineering, application, security and service‑management teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure endpoint configurations comply with Chilean regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to work under urgency and maintain professionalism.
• Disciplined follow‑through and sound risk‑management mindset.
• ITIL‑aligned, process‑oriented approach to incident and request handling.
• Understanding of how local regulatory requirements affect endpoint configuration and daily operations.
